1. Acceptance of This Agreement

By accessing, browsing, or using Civexor (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by this User Agreement ("Agreement"), our Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy, all of which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Eligibility & Your Account

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the Service. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial reference purposes, subject to this Agreement. This licence does not include the right to resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service or its content, or to use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or replicate the archive.

4. Content Standards (Prohibited Content)

We maintain the Service in accordance with applicable industry content standards, including the Google Publisher Policies. You agree that you will not use the Service to upload, post, transmit, share, or otherwise make available any content that:

  • is misleading or misrepresents the Service, its operators, or its relationship with any third party;
  • contains unreliable or harmful claims, including health misinformation that contradicts authoritative public health guidance, or content that denies established scientific consensus;
  • constitutes deceptive practices, such as phishing, click-baiting, false "get rich quick" schemes, or undisclosed promotional content;
  • is manipulated media used to deceive users, including deepfakes and synthetic content presented as authentic for deceptive purposes;
  • facilitates dishonest behaviour, including document forgery, academic cheating, hacking tools, or unauthorized surveillance or tracking products;
  • contains explicit sexual content, non-consensual sexual content, or sexually suggestive content of any kind;
  • promotes paid sexual acts, escort services, or mail-order bride and international marriage brokering services;
  • depicts or promotes child sexual abuse or exploitation, child grooming, or child trafficking — such content will be reported to the appropriate authorities; or
  • otherwise violates applicable law, regulation, or the rights of any third party.

5. Prohibited Uses & Conduct

In addition to the content standards above, you agree not to:

  • interfere with, disrupt, or place an undue burden on the Service, its servers, or connected networks;

6. Intellectual Property & Copyright (DMCA)

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of Civexor and its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Third-party trademarks, model names, and logos referenced in the archive remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and commentary only.

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe that any content on the Service infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notice to our designated copyright agent containing: (a) a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf; (b) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; (c) identification of the material claimed to be infringing and its location on the Service; (d) your contact information; (e) a statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law; and (f) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on the owner's behalf. Notices should be sent to the address in Section 18. We will respond to valid notices and may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material in accordance with the DMCA.

7. User Contributions

We welcome corrections, research suggestions, and other feedback. When you submit such material ("Contributions"), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, modify, adapt, publish, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute your Contributions on and through the Service, with attribution where appropriate. You retain all rights to your Contributions. You represent and warrant that your Contributions are your own work, comply with the content standards in Section 4, and do not infringe the rights of any third party. We may remove any Contribution that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates this Agreement or applicable law.

8. Software & Downloads (if applicable)

If the Service offers any downloadable software, tools, or applications, such software is licensed, not sold, and is subject to the terms of this Agreement together with any end-user licence agreement (EULA) accompanying the software. The software must not include malware, spyware, or unwanted software, and you may not modify, redistribute, or reverse engineer it except as expressly permitted by applicable law.

9. Third-Party Services & Advertising

The Service may display advertising and may contain links to third-party websites or services. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites, services, or advertisers. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Where personalised advertising is used, you can control your preferences as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in that policy.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR COMPLETENESS OF CONTENT. THE EDITORIAL CONTENT ON THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED FOR GENERAL INFORMATION ONLY AND DOES NOT CONSTITUTE PROFESSIONAL, INVESTMENT, LEGAL, OR TECHNICAL ADVICE.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CIVEXOR, NOR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE, THE SERVICE.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless, along with our directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of (i) your use of the Service, (ii) your Contributions, or (iii) any breach of this Agreement.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, where we determine — in our sole discretion — that you have breached this Agreement, threatened the security of the Service, or violated applicable law. All provisions of this Agreement which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including Sections 4, 6, 7, 11, 12, 13, 15, and 16.

15. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. We will post changes on this page and update the "Last Updated" date at the top. Where changes are material, we will provide notice where reasonably practicable. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America and the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and, if unresolved, shall be brought exclusively in the state and federal courts located in San Francisco County, California. You agree to a one (1) year statute of limitations for any claim arising out of or related to the Service.

17. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. This Agreement, together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.
